Happy Cinco De Mayo!

In honor of this lovely holiday, here is my yummy salsa recipe from an old friend, Alana Larsen. This recipe won the taste-off held at PF back in the day...

In blender, mix:

2 cans stewed tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon pepper

1 teaspoon cumin

juice of 1-2 large limes

Chop and combine:

3-4 roma tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1/2 cup white onion

2-3 jalopenos

I feel like I usually end up putting more salt and lime juice in it. And sometimes I'll use garlic salt.
