I don't remember anyone talking to me about how difficult your first period after a miscarriage is. I wish I could have been a little more prepared. The physical pain is the same and so you get to relive all of the emotions. Not a fun couple of days.
So keep it in mind in case it happens to you and hopefully you and your guy can be a little more ready to understand what is going on.

Did this not happen on the other ones? I do know that after having a baby my periods were horrible for a while. Hang in there
