If you live within a 20-mile radius of St. George, come to yoga tonight at 6:30! It is at the rec center right in the middle of town. It only costs $2!!!! And the mat rental is FREE!!! You will not be able to find a better deal! Yoga is so good for you! Come and give it a try. The class is for beginners and those who are hard-core yogies! See you there! FYI classes are always on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30.

I wish I lived closer, I started to get into yoga right before I got prego, I loved it!
Wish I could make it. I think instead I will stay home and bake all the yummy recipes you post. Keep them coming. I wanted to make the Choc chip cookies today but carter chose your oatmeal instead, and once again they were a hit even with whole wheat flour.
I am def. going on Thursday. I hope you are there... just dont make fun of me!
