Pat and I watched this movie last night.... Probably one of the best movies I have watched in a while. My dad watched it on his last trip to Japan and came home raving about it. And my parents don't watch rated R movies... Anyway... I have always kinda thought Benicio Deltoro is hot in a hot-mess kinda way. I bawled through most of it, so make sure you are in a mood to cry:) There was this one part where Halle Berry (who is incredibly gorgeous, especially in this movie) well, she can't sleep at nights after her husband (played by David Duchovany who I also have a major celeb-crush on since my X-Files days! You know you do still too, Michelle!) dies. And she played it exactly the way I feel when Pat is not home... I can't sleep worth anything. And usually end up crying myself to sleep. I know...pathetic.
Also, there are some serious drug-related scenes, but raw and honest. Everyone should just watch the withdrawal scene... It's intense!

Oh yeah Benenico is hot!! He's totally rugged and mysterious.. I'll have to check that one out sometime.. Good to know..
As for the not sleeping while your hubby is gone, I hear ya.. I sometimes will go sleep at my parents when Graham is away.. What 25 and still a baby.. Awesome! :)

I think he has a similiar look to brad pitt for some reason, I have always thought that. That was pretty intense in some parts, the kids are so cute in that movie to I thought!
