Pat and I decided to go on a cleanse. For one month we will eat nothing that comes from an animal. 100% vegan. I've done it before, so I am not that scared, but I was living in New York where there are plenty of choices for eating out and grocery shopping. We want to do this for a month and then slowly reintroduce meat, dairy and fish back into our diet. And hopefully make a small dent in those 30 pounds I still want to loose. We just started today and so far no big deal!
I just subscribed to Vegetarian Times and they have lots of articles and recipes for and about vegan foods.
Does anyone else want to join and we can support each other...?
